The Lagos State Government has announced a streamlined process to issue planning approvals within 10 days to encourage business growth in the metropolis. Dr.

Oluyinka Olumide, the Commissioner of Physical Planning, outlined the requirements for swift approval, including necessary documents like architectural and structural drawings, technical reports, and evidence of tax payment. The initiative aims to simplify the approval process for investors, developers, and home builders, ensuring a quick turnaround time for planning permissions.

Olumide emphasized the importance of meeting the specified criteria to expedite the approval process and urged applicants to provide all necessary documentation promptly to facilitate efficient decision-making.
