Lagos PDP Criticizes APC for Economic Hardship in Lagos

The Lagos State chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), led by Christoph Odianarewo, has criticized the All Progressives Congress (APC) for its governance and the economic hardships faced by residents. This criticism came in response to comments made by APC spokesperson Sey Oladejo, which the PDP deemed baseless and unnecessary.

The PDP argued that the APC-led administration has failed to address the economic difficulties confronting Nigerians, particularly in Lagos State, during what they described as one of the most challenging economic periods in the country's history. The PDP accused the ruling party of worsening the economic situation through policies that have allegedly contributed to rising poverty levels and increased living costs.

They also highlighted the deteriorating state of infrastructure, particularly roads, and claimed that the APC has focused more on monitoring the PDP than on effective governance. The PDP emphasized its ongoing restructuring efforts to prepare for future political contests and to rescue Nigerians from the APC's governance.
