LAUTECH to Host 12th Annual Registry Discourse

The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) in Ogbomoso is set to hold its 12th Annual Registry Discourse on Friday, 14 August 2026, at the university’s Great Hall, starting at 10:00 a.m. The guest lecturer for the event will be Mr.

Ganiyu Saliu, the Registrar of the University of Ibadan. The Local Organising Committee, chaired by Mrs.

Oluyinka Akinyode, has announced that the Chief Host will be Professor Razaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, the Vice-Chancellor of LAUTECH. Additionally, the university’s Registrar, Mrs.

Olayinka Balogun, will host the discourse. This year’s theme is ‘The Future-Ready University Registry: Leading Institutional Transformation in an Era of Change,’ reflecting the focus on adapting to contemporary challenges in higher education.
