Centre LSD Graduates 90 New Leaders in Abuja Ceremony

On Saturday, during the graduation ceremony of Set 24 in Abuja, Centre LSD certified 90 new leaders, increasing its total graduates to 3,406 over 16 years. Dr. Igbuzor, a good governance activist and founder of Centre LSD, stated that these graduates are now part of a network across various sectors, including government and civil society.

He noted that the Leadership School was established to address Africa's leadership challenges and to provide accessible leadership education, free of charge, to avoid elitism. The program has expanded from Abuja to several other cities, maintaining high standards.

Igbuzor urged graduates to actively participate in politics and public life, emphasizing integrity and service. The new graduates, comprising 57 females and 33 males, implemented 10 community development projects focusing on issues such as sanitation, gender equality, and civic engagement.

Igbuzor stressed that true leadership is about service and impact, not merely holding a position.
