LSSTF Provides Protective Gear to NDLEA for Officer Safety

The Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) donated bulletproof vests, ballistic helmets, and raincoats to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) on Wednesday. This donation was made during an official visit by Dr.

Ayodel Ogunsan, the Chief Executive Officer of LSSTF, to the NDLEA Lagos State Command. Ogunsan commended Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his commitment to security investments in the state, emphasizing that Lagos is one of the safest states in Nigeria.

ACGN Liman Wali, who assumed office at the NDLEA, expressed gratitude for the donation, stating that the equipment would significantly enhance the safety and welfare of officers, especially during the rainy season. He reaffirmed the command's commitment to intensifying the fight against illicit drug enforcement and public enlightenment.

The donation included 100 raincoats, which are crucial for officer safety during their duties.
