Mads Hermansen Joins West Ham On Five-Year Deal From Leicester

Danish goalkeeper Mads Hermansen has signed a five-year deal with West Ham United, completing a £1 million transfer from Leicester City. The move comes as West Ham's manager, Graham Potter, prioritizes strengthening the team's goalkeeping department following Lukasz Fabianski's departure.

Hermansen, who played a key role in Leicester's Championship title triumph, struggled in the Premier League last season, making 27 appearances with just one clean sheet. Despite this, statistical analysis shows that Hermansen had a save percentage that ranked him among the top goalkeepers who made at least 10 appearances in the EPL.
