Maktown Flyers Fall to Al Ahly in Sahara Conference Clash

The game started with the Flyers scoring early, but Al Ahly tightened their defense, taking a lead with a three-pointer from Moha Khalaf. Although Maktown managed to stay within striking distance, Al Ahly outscored them 19-14 in the fourth quarter to secure the victory.

Osayi Osifo contributed significantly with 20 points and eight rebounds for Al Ahly, who improved their record to 2-1. Adejoka emphasized the need for the Flyers to improve their offensive execution and tighten their defense ahead of their next game against Club Africain on Friday, as they aim to recover from this loss and advance in the group stage.
