May & Baker Nigeria Q2 2026 Unaudited Results Approved by Board

May & Baker Nigeria Plc has announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 28th July 2026, approved the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the second quarter ended 30th June 2026. The company indicated the statements will be filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on or before 30th July 2026.
May & Baker Nigeria Plc (NGX: MAYBAKER) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of the outcome of its Board of Directors' meeting held on Tuesday, 28th July 2026.
At the meeting, the Board approved the Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the second quarter ended 30th June 2026. The company stated that these financials will be filed with the NGX on or before 30th July 2026.
In connection with the preparation of the Q2 results, the company had previously announced a closed period restricting insiders from trading in the shares of the company. According to the notice, this closed period will remain in effect until twenty-four hours after the Q2 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements are officially released to the public.
