Mbah Unveils Achievements to Support 2027 Re-election Bid

Enugu State Governor, Mr. Peter Mbah, has presented a report card of his achievements to justify his quest for re-election in 2027, having spent 39 months of his four-year term. The compendium, titled ‘A Thousand and One Reasons Why Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah Should be Re-elected as Governor of Enugu State,’ was unveiled at the International Conference Centre in Enugu.

Mbah claims over 10,000 milestone achievements, including the construction of over 1,521 kilometres of roads, the establishment of 7,000 classrooms, and the building of 260 Type-2 Primary Healthcare Centres. He also highlighted the launch of Enugu Air and the ongoing development of the New Enugu Smart City.

The report indicates that Enugu has been recognized as the fastest improving state in Nigeria by Phillips Consulting. Mbah, represented by Deputy Governor Ifeanyi Ossai, noted that the document does not fully capture all achievements due to preparation time constraints.

He emphasized the importance of accountability and transparency in governance.
