Minister Commissions Isa Mai Kware Mosque in Sokoto

On [exact date not provided], Barrister Bello Goronyo, the Minister of State for Works, officially commissioned the remodeled Isa Mai Kware Jumu’at Mosque in Sokoto. He commended Governor Ahmadu Aliyu for his commendable initiatives aimed at transforming the state, particularly in promoting Islamic affairs.

Goronyo expressed confidence that the mosque's remodeling would provide a comfortable worship area for the community, fulfilling their religious obligations. Governor Aliyu's administration has successfully remodeled 33 Jumu’at mosques, including notable ones such as Kebbi, Illela, and Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto.

The government is also preparing cost estimates for further renovations of additional mosques. Governor Aliyu reassured the people of Sokoto of his administration's commitment to delivering development initiatives that uplift Islamic institutions.

The commissioning ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including APC leaders and local government officials, highlighting the collaborative effort in enhancing religious infrastructure in the state.
