Umahi Responds to Ohiri's Allegations of Harassment

Minister of Works David Umahi has publicly responded to allegations made by businesswoman Traci Nichola Ohiri, who accused him of sexual harassment and claimed he owed her campaign-related debts. Ohiri's lawyer, Marshal Abubakar, alleged that she was coerced into retracting her accusations in exchange for payment.

Umahi's media aide, Franci Nwaze, clarified that Abubakar acted in good faith, aiming to resolve the matter amicably. However, Umahi emphasized that the resolution hinges on two conditions: either the matter is determined in court, or Ohiri provides verifiable evidence to support her claims.

Umahi's legal team is prepared to proceed to court due to Ohiri's inability to provide credible evidence. Despite ongoing public attacks, Umahi has chosen to remain focused on his responsibilities in infrastructure development across Nigeria, asserting his commitment to service and transparency.
