Ondo APC Urged to Unite for Tinubu's 2027 Re-election

Ayo Olawand, the Minister of Youth Affairs, called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State to unite in support of President Bola Tinubu's re-election for the 2027 presidential elections. Speaking to journalists in Akure on Friday, Olawand emphasized the importance of youth mobilization and active participation in the forthcoming presidential direct primaries scheduled for Monday across the country.

He committed to working with party leaders and stakeholders to ensure Tinubu's re-election, citing visible developmental strides and increased federal presence in Ondo State as evidence of Tinubu's achievements. Olawand highlighted several ongoing federal infrastructure projects in the state, including the dualization of Akure-Ondo Road and the establishment of a teaching hospital institute.

He noted that Ondo State currently has three serving ministers in the federal executive council, marking an unprecedented representation. Olawand urged party members to turn out in large numbers for the primaries, reinforcing the APC's readiness for the 2027 general elections.
