Missing Corps Member Linda Ameh Found, Reports to Police

Linda Ameh, a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), was reported missing on May 6, 2026, after she was last seen at 5:40 PM heading home from work. Her family and colleagues had expressed concern over her disappearance.

On a recent date, she returned and reported to the police at the Maitama police station. Josephine Adeh, the public relations officer for the FCT police command, issued a statement confirming her return and noted that investigations are ongoing to apprehend those responsible for her initial disappearance.

Linda Ameh is also a legal practitioner and was involved in a security job with Blade Butcher Ltd, a company engaged in livestock sales. The police have urged the public to assist in their ongoing investigation to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice.
