Moniepoint Launches Executive Programme for Digital Managers

Moniepoint has launched a specialized executive education programme in collaboration with the African Leadership University (ALU) School of Business to develop digital managers in Nigeria. This initiative aims to support Nigeria's digital economy by equipping tech leaders with essential skills in technical expertise, human-centric leadership, and data fluency.

The programme spans 13 weeks and includes in-person immersion, live virtual sessions, and self-directed learning across two pathways: Strategic Management and Leadership, and Data-Driven Decision-Making. Tosin Eniolorunda, Moniepoint’s Group CEO, emphasized the importance of building local talent to drive Nigeria’s digital economy.

The curriculum is delivered by distinguished faculty from ALU, including Dr. Olugbenga Victor Afolabi and Dr.

Omowale Crenshaw, who bring extensive expertise in financial services and economic development. This initiative addresses gaps in foundational management capabilities, reinforcing Moniepoint's commitment to empowering professionals in the financial services industry.
