INEC Ends Voter Registration Today Amid State Police Plans

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is set to conclude the Continuous Voter Registration exercise today, despite appeals from opposition parties and civil society groups for an extension. INEC has urged eligible Nigerians to register in the final hours before the deadline.
