Mutfwang Rejects Negotiation with Terrorists in Plateau

At a town hall meeting, Governor Mutfwang of Plateau State declared that he will never negotiate with terrorists, emphasizing the importance of decisive action against criminal elements. He noted that security agencies are actively engaged in operations to combat violence and that recent strategies have led to the arrest of several suspects linked to violent attacks.

Mutfwang highlighted the government's commitment to enhancing security and maintaining peace across Plateau State. He also announced significant investments in agriculture, including the distribution of 5,000 trucks of fertilizer to boost agricultural productivity.

Additionally, he detailed a major water infrastructure project valued at N30 billion aimed at improving access to potable water. Mutfwang acknowledged the challenges posed by insecurity but expressed determination to sustain operations until peace is achieved.

He mentioned ongoing reforms to stabilize the civil service and improve fiscal discipline, aiming to attract local and foreign investors to the state.
