Nigerian Air Force Reactivates Super Puma Helicopter at Ikeja Base, Enhancing National Security

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) recently commissioned a reactivated Super Puma helicopter at the Ikeja Base in Lagos on February 4, 2026. The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sundai Kelvin Anek, emphasized the importance of sustaining and enhancing the Air Force's decision-making capabilities.

The reactivation of the Super Puma helicopter, with the serial number NAF 565, signifies a renewed focus on strengthening the nation's security.
