Nwosu Defends ADC, Dismisses Bala as Faction Leader

Ralph Nwosu, the former national chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), clarified in an interview that Nafiu Bala should not be considered a faction leader within the party, asserting that he is merely an individual. Nwosu made this declaration on Thursday during a morning interview on Channel Television.

He expressed concerns about the challenges facing the ADC but maintained that the party remains a vital platform for saving Nigeria. Nwosu criticized political maneuvers in Lagos State, particularly those involving President Bola Tinubu, suggesting that they aim to weaken opposition parties aligned with the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He reiterated that the ADC represents a platform for Nigerians against the political machinery of Tinubu. Additionally, Nwosu mentioned that David Mark has resigned from his position as the national chairman of the ADC, indicating ongoing changes within the party's leadership.
