Prof. Moham Haruna Declares Intent for APC Primaries

Prof. Moham Haruna, the former executive vice chairman of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), has publicly declared his readiness to contest in the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primaries for Nasarawa State.

He emphasized that he will not withdraw from the race despite growing political support for other aspirants, particularly from Sen. Ahm Aliyu Wadada, who reportedly backs Governor Abdullahi Sule's preferred successor.

Haruna made this declaration during a consultative meeting in Keffi, where he sought support from stakeholders across the three senatorial zones. He stated that he would accept the outcome of the primaries and urged for a fair and transparent electoral process.

Haruna highlighted the importance of internal democracy within the party and reaffirmed his commitment to contesting the primaries, dismissing rumors about his potential withdrawal. He plans to hold a rally on Wednesday to further solidify his campaign efforts.
