NCAA Blacklists Kwam 1 From Flying In Nigeria For Six Months

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has blacklisted Fuji musician King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, known as K1 De Ultimate, from flying in Nigeria for six months due to alleged unruly behavior at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. The incident occurred on August 5, 2025, when Kwam 1 attempted to board a flight to Lagos operated by ValueJet Airlines with an unidentified liquid substance, despite warnings from Aviation Security personnel.

The FAA confirmed that Kwam 1 refused to comply with security regulations and even blocked the aircraft from taxiing. The NCAA has suspended the pilot pending further investigation and emphasized the importance of upholding aviation security standards.

The Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, supported the NCAA's actions, stating that justice must be served equally to all parties involved. The incident has sparked a debate on passenger and airline safety protocols.
