NCDMB and MJD Launch Pipeline Engineering Training Program

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and MJD Oilfield Services Ltd officially commenced a comprehensive 12-month training program focused on pipeline engineering and corrosion control. This initiative aims to equip 33 Nigerian graduates with advanced technical competencies in pipeline integrity monitoring and corrosion control, thereby strengthening local capacity within the oil and gas sector.

Mr. Olayemi Familusi, Managing Director of MJD Oilfield Services Ltd, emphasized the significance of the program and urged participants to fully engage with the opportunities presented.

The NCDMB, represented by Mr. Taril Bribena, reiterated its commitment to advancing Nigerian talent in the industry.

The training includes a strict attendance requirement of 99.9% and offers monthly stipends, meals, and health insurance coverage. Successful participants will receive local intern certifications, reinforcing Nigeria's capacity to meet the complex technical demands of the oil and gas industry.
