The training aimed to enhance leadership and managerial skills among participants from various public and private organizations.

Engr. Mohammed Ndako Umar, the program coordinator, emphasized the importance of effective communication to bridge the gap between the government and the people. Dr. Liman Mohammed Tijjani, the lead consultant, differentiated training from education, stating that training focuses on specific skills and attitudes necessary for effective workplace management.

Special guest Mrs. Beatrice Amoye urged participants to apply their newly acquired skills for improved performance. Mr. Tahir Aminu from NCDMB expressed gratitude to facilitators and participants, encouraging the application of learned skills for institutional growth.

Participants received laptops, cash stipends, and certificates, and expressed appreciation for the training, calling for more similar programs.
