NDC Sets Nomination Form Prices for 2027 Elections

The Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced the pricing for its nomination forms ahead of the 2027 general elections. The presidential nomination form is set at N60 million, which includes a N20 million express interest fee and a N40 million nomination fee.

The governorship form costs N30 million, comprising a N10 million express interest fee and a N20 million nomination fee. Additionally, the party disclosed that the senatorial form will cost N8 million, the House of Representatives form will be sold for N6 million, and the state House of Assembly form will be priced at N2.5 million.

Sales of these forms will begin on May 13, 2026, and end on May 18, 2026. Screening interviews for aspirants will take place from May 25 to May 26, 2026, with the primary elections scheduled for May 27 and 28, 2026.

The presidential primary election is set for May 29, 2026. The NDC has assured members that the screening process will be transparent and inclusive.
