Seledi Thompson Wakama, the Director of Corporate Affairs, emphasized the training as a foundational step in transforming the commission's operations, aligning with the federal government's initiative to introduce performance management across ministries and agencies.

The training highlights the importance of performance management in delivering improved service outcomes, as noted in previous annual evaluations. James Fole, the Director of Human Resources, underscored the commitment to addressing inefficiencies in service delivery, ensuring personnel understand performance management principles.

The first session is part of a series that will continue, including sector retreats to deepen knowledge in performance management practices.
