Soludo Urges Ndigbo to Embrace Pan-Nigeria Politics

On Tuesday, during the inauguration ceremony in Awka, Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo was sworn in as the Governor alongside his Deputy, Dr.

Onyekachukwu Ibezim, by Chief Judge Onochie Anyachebelu. In his address, Soludo highlighted the necessity for Ndigbo to adopt a pan-Nigeria political approach to foster development and unity.

He noted that the Igbo region must heal and adopt a new narrative to engage effectively with the rest of Nigeria. Soludo called for strategic voting and coalition-building to ensure that Ndigbo can maximize their influence and benefits from national resources.

He referenced the historical context of the civil war and the need for justice and healing, urging the region to move beyond lamentation and instead focus on organized lobbying for equitable infrastructure and development. Soludo also acknowledged President Bola Tinubu's leadership and the ongoing federal projects in the South East, emphasizing the importance of collective action for a prosperous future.
