NEM Insurance Plc Q2 2026 Results Approved, Closed Period Lifted

NEM Insurance Plc has notified the Nigeria Exchange Limited that its Board approved the Second Quarter Unaudited Accounts for the period ended 30th June 2026 at a meeting held on 28th July 2026. The accounts have been filed via the Exchange's Issuers' Portal, and the Closed Period that commenced on 1st January 2026 has been lifted.
NEM Insurance Plc filed a corporate action notice with the Nigeria Exchange Limited on 29th July 2026, confirming that its Board of Directors met on Tuesday, 28th July 2026 and approved the company's Second Quarter Unaudited Accounts for the period ended 30th June 2026. The accounts have been released and filed through the Exchange's Issuers' Portal.
Following the approval and filing of the accounts, the Closed Period that had been in effect since 1st January 2026 has been formally lifted. As a result, insiders of the company and their connected persons are now permitted to deal, directly or indirectly, with shares of NEM Insurance Plc.
The notice was signed by Ifunanya Iwuagwu, Company Secretary, on behalf of NEM Insurance Plc, from the company's registered address at NEM House, 199 Ikorodu Road, Obanikoro, Lagos. The Board comprises Andrew Ikekhua as Managing Director, two Executive Directors, and seven Non-Executive Directors including the Chairman, Tope Smart.
