Ngige Fumes At APC For Using His Name To Campaign

In a press statement issued by the Special Assistant Media Affairs, Hyggy Obialo, on Tuesday, Ngige expressed his displeasure at the APC for using his name in their campaign. The statement highlighted that Ngige, a former governor of Anambra State, is currently on a sabbatical from active partisan politics after 25 years of public service.

The campaign poster in question featured Ngige's photograph alongside the APC candidate's running mate, Senator Uche Ekwunife, which was deemed misleading. The statement emphasized that Ngige's wish is to stay out of current partisan politics, despite his involvement in various forums.
