NGO and FRSC Promote Road Safety Education in FCT

An NGO has collaborated with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) to enhance moral and road safety education among students in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The project, coordinated by Chikezi Allwel Chinkata, emphasizes the importance of instilling moral and civic knowledge in pupils at an early age to mitigate juvenile delinquency.

During the event, prizes were awarded to students from junior and senior secondary schools in Gwarimpa Life Camp, Abuja. Laraba J.

Peter, Deputy Route Command Officer, expressed optimism that the lectures would help reduce accidents involving students outside school. The program received appreciation from school representatives, including Franci Nnananwa Nwachukwu and Ajayi Abubakar, who thanked the NGO and FRSC for their educational efforts.
