Niger State Warns Against Unauthorized Borehole Repairs

The Niger State Value Chain Development Programme (VCDP) has issued a warning to beneficiaries regarding unauthorized repairs of faulty solar-powered boreholes. Engr.

Elisha John, an irrigation engineer, cautioned that improper handling could lead to prolonged breakdowns and compromised water supply. During a training session held in Bida, Lavun area, participants were advised to seek professional help for repairs and replacements, particularly to avoid using substandard parts.
