Yetunde Taiwo Appointed New President of Nigerian Gas Association

The Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) has officially unveiled Yetunde Taiwo as its new President during a leadership handover ceremony held in Lagos. Taiwo, who is the General Manager of Integrated Gas Development at the first exploration petroleum development company, succeeds Akachukwu Nwokedi.

The new executive council, which will serve from 2026 to 2029, comprises top industry professionals drawn from across the gas value chain. Key members of the council include Olufisayo Duduyemi as 1st Vice President, Engr.

Chichi Emenik as 2nd Vice President, Oladeji Olaoti as Secretary General, Olabod Ogundipe as Deputy Secretary General, Ademola Adefarasin as Financial Secretary, Michael Iwuoha as Legal Advisor, and Osaz Isesele as Public Secretary. Akachukwu Nwokedi and Dr.
