Nigeria Labour Congress Demands Labor Justice and Judicial Accountability

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) led by President Joe Ajaero has called for labor justice and judicial accountability in Nigeria. Ajaero expressed concerns over the increasing unfair labor practices in the country and highlighted the need for greater access to labor justice.

He criticized the judiciary for being perceived as biased and failing to uphold the rights of workers. Ajaero emphasized the importance of fair treatment for workers, condemning the judiciary for allegedly favoring the powerful over the weak.

The NLC, during the 4th International Labour Adjud and Arbitr Forum, urged for a more transparent and equitable judicial system. Ajaero highlighted the significance of workers' rights, including the right to strike and fair labor practices.
