Nnadozie's Focused Approach for 2026 WAFCON Success

Chiamaka Nnadozie, recognized as one of the best female goalkeepers globally, is preparing the Super Falcons for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) scheduled from July 26 to August 16 in Morocco. Nnadozie emphasizes a 'one-match-at-a-time' approach as Nigeria, a ten-time champion, aims to navigate Group C, which includes Egypt, Zambia, and Malawi.

She expressed confidence in the team's ability to perform well, stating that they cannot afford to stumble in the group stage. Nnadozie highlighted the importance of focusing on each match to achieve their dual objectives: securing a ticket to the FIFA World Cup and defending their WAFCON title.
