NNCYA Praises Tinubu, Ribadu, Musa for Security Gains

The Northern Nigeria Christian Youth Association (NNCYA) praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, National Security Adviser Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, and Minister of Defence General Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd) following U.S. President Donald Trump's commendation of Nigeria's efforts to combat terrorism and protect vulnerable Christian communities.

The NNCYA stated that this recognition highlights the Federal Government's commitment to addressing insecurity, especially in Northern Nigeria. In a statement by National Secretary Bason Sunday, the NNCYA described Trump's remarks as an endorsement of Tinubu's administration's efforts to restore peace and stability.

The association credited Ribadu for enhancing intelligence coordination and promoting proactive conflict resolution within Nigeria’s security framework. They also commended General Musa for his courageous and inclusive leadership of the armed forces.

The NNCYA urged all Nigerians to support ongoing peace initiatives, emphasizing that Trump's acknowledgment signifies that Tinubu's administration is effectively safeguarding all Nigerians, particularly Christian communities in the North.
