Northern Christian Leaders Call on Tinubu to Resettle Displaced Persons in Benue, Plateau, and Borno

Northern Christian leaders have urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to assist in resettling displaced persons in Benue, Plateau, and Borno States. The appeal was made during a meeting in Jos, Plateau State, where the leaders highlighted the plight of those affected by violent attacks, forcing them out of their ancestral homes.

They emphasized the need for urgent intervention to rebuild livelihoods and provide housing for the displaced communities. The leaders commended President Tinubu's efforts in national security but stressed the importance of resettling the affected families to ensure a meaningful life.

The call also included a plea for the return of those still languishing in refugee camps in neighboring countries.
