NPA Announces 37 Incoming Ships for Lagos Ports

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has listed 37 incoming ships expected to arrive at Lagos ports for operations between May 11 and May 15, 2026. The vessels are scheduled to berth at Apapa, Tin Can Island, and Lekki Deep Sea Port.

The cargoes include petroleum products such as petrol, diesel, aviation fuel, and crude oil, as well as food items like bulk wheat, sugar, and fresh fish. Specifically, 10 ships are expected to carry diesel and aviation fuel, while another 10 will transport petrol.

Additionally, 16 ships will be discharging fresh fish, general cargo, bulk wheat, bulk sugar, and gasoline. The NPA also noted that one ship arriving at Apapa Port will be carrying bulk fertilizer.

In total, 15 ships will be discharging various cargoes, including petrol, bulk fertilizer, truck base oil, fresh fish, and other goods at the ports.
