NRS Officers Trained on Collaboration for Better Performance

On Wednesday, during the opening of a training program for senior officers of the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) at the Service’s Corporate Headquarters in Abuja, Ambassador Ibrahim Mohammed Bashir OFR, Chief Consultant of Platinum Protocol and Verity Consultants Limited, called for improved performance among the officers. He expressed gratitude to Dr. Zacch Adedeji, Executive Chairman of NRS, and Alhaji ML Abubakar, Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services, for the opportunity to conduct the training.

The program aimed to enhance cooperation among NRS departments and provide practical solutions for organizational challenges. Bashir emphasized that the NRS's future effectiveness relies on inter-departmental collaboration.

He encouraged participants to embrace teamwork, using a door, lock, and key analogy to illustrate the importance of simple solutions. Mr. Kunle Ogidi, representing Alhaji ML Abubakar, described the partnership with Platinum Protocol as a bridge between individual capabilities and collective achievements.

He noted the insights from the workshop would aid in aligning with NRS's revenue generation and governance mandate. Mr. Gbenga delivered a vote of thanks, highlighting the practical insights gained from the training.
