NSCDC arrests two suspects for cable theft in Kogi State

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Kogi State apprehended two suspects, Habibu Muhammad and Bello Ismaila, for stealing and destroying critical national assets by excavating and removing underground communication cables along Zariagi-Obajana road. The suspects confessed to the crime and disclosed information about their criminal network.

NSCDC's Public Relations Officer, SC Abdullahi Aliyu, confirmed the arrests and stated that investigations are ongoing to apprehend other accomplices. Aletan Olumide Ebenez commended the officers for their diligent work and urged the public to report crimes.
