Oborevwori Urges Delta APC to Support Tinubu's Candidacy

On Friday, Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori called on leaders and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to mobilize strong support for presidential candidate Bola Tinubu ahead of the party's presidential primary elections scheduled for Saturday. During a visit to the home of APC leader Olorogun Otega Emerhor in Ughelli North Local Government Area, Oborevwori expressed confidence in the APC's structure in Delta State, which he stated has 470,000 members.

He anticipated a massive turnout, targeting at least 390,000 affirming votes for Tinubu. Oborevwori stressed the importance of grassroots mobilization and warned against internal divisions that could undermine the party's political success.

He noted that no candidate could succeed without engaging stakeholders and respecting established party structures. Emerhor commended Oborevwori's leadership efforts to strengthen the APC in Delta State and assured that they would work together to deliver strong support for Tinubu in the upcoming primary elections.
