Oborevwori Swears in New Commissioners in Delta State

On Tuesday, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State swore in two new commissioners, Brave Enodeh and Ogodo Mose, to the Delta State Oil Producing Area Development Commission (DESOPADEC) and Cosma Igbenij to the Delta State Judiciary Service Commission. The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Unity Hall, Government House in Asaba.

Governor Oborevwori charged the appointees to uphold integrity and competence in their duties, emphasizing the importance of serving the people and contributing meaningfully to the state's growth. He urged them to work closely with members of the state executive council to implement the administration's agenda.

The governor also noted that the tenure of the current DESOPADEC board had been extended by one year to complete ongoing projects and strengthen service delivery in oil-producing communities. He reminded the newly inaugurated members of the Judiciary Service Commission of their critical role in promoting discipline and integrity within the judiciary.
