Ogun State Launches Ultra-Modern Factory in Ota

The Ogun State government unveiled an ultra-modern factory in Ota, operated by Household Solutions Limited, during a summit focused on enhancing public health and hygiene standards across Nigeria. The event featured remarks from Akintomid, who emphasized the investment as a strong vote of confidence in Ogun State's industrial ecosystem.

The state hosts approximately 6,000 manufacturing firms across various industrial clusters, positioning it as a leading destination for manufacturing investment in Nigeria. The newly launched factory has already created 50 jobs and is expected to generate over 250 jobs as it scales operations.

This initiative aligns with the Ogun State government's economic agenda and the federal government's Renewed Hope Initiative, which aims to boost local production and reduce import dependence.
