David Emmanuel Ombugadu, a former governorship candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State, has officially resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC) just one week after his defection. The group has accused APC stakeholders of manipulating the recent electoral membership registration exercise to favor preferred aspirants expected to succeed the current governor, Abdullahi Sule.
