Ondo State Government Warns PHC Directors of Replacement for Poor Performance

The Ondo State government has issued a stern warning to Primary Health Care (PHC) Directors across its 18 local government areas, threatening immediate replacement for negligence and poor performance. Dr.

Francis Akanbiemu, the Permanent Secretary of the Ondo State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (OSPHCDA), reiterated the government's commitment to enhancing healthcare efficiency and equity. The government has approved the recruitment of additional medical personnel to strengthen service delivery and improve health indicators, particularly immunization coverage.

PHC Directors are urged to intensify community outreach programs to boost primary healthcare delivery in Ondo State.
