PANDEF to Honor Late Edwin Clark on First Anniversary

The Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) is set to honor the late Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, a renowned Ijaw leader and former federal minister, on the first anniversary of his passing. The memorial service will take place on February 17, 2025, at the Edwin Clark University Auditorium in Delta State, marking what would have been his 98th birthday.

The event is expected to attract attendees from across the country and is organized in collaboration with the Edwin Clark Foundation and the Clark family. PANDEF's national chairman, Godknows Igali, described Chief Clark as a courageous and fearless patriot whose life was dedicated to the unity and progress of Nigeria.

He emphasized Clark's legacy as a game changer for the Ijaw nation and the Niger Delta region, highlighting his advocacy for justice, truth, and harmony. Igali noted that Clark's memory and voice remain influential and will continue to resonate in the region.
