Tambuwal: Courageous Politicians Should Join ADC

Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, the former governor of Sokoto State, emphasized that only courageous politicians are welcome in the African Democratic Congress (ADC). He made this statement on Wednesday while receiving Isa Salihu Kalenjeni, the former chairman of Tangaza Local Government Area, who recently resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Tambuwal urged politicians to prioritize the interests of the people over personal gains, encouraging those who believe in serving the public to join ADC despite facing pressure. He criticized the APC for allegedly intimidating politicians who plan to defect to ADC and creating divisions within opposition parties.

Tambuwal described Kalenjeni's decision to step down from his position and join ADC as a significant sacrifice that demonstrates commitment to the party's principles. He also expressed disappointment with the current administration led by Bola Ahmed Tinubu, particularly regarding the country's security situation.
