Prof. Ursula Becomes First Female VC of MOUAU

Prof. Ursula has been appointed as the first female Vice Chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike (MOUAU), a significant milestone for the institution.

Onuigbo, the representative for Ikwuano, Umuahia North, and Umuahia South, congratulated her on this achievement, emphasizing her extensive academic qualifications and experience. Maduebibisi Iw, who served as Vice Chancellor until March 1, 2026. Onuigbo's message conveyed optimism for a mutually beneficial relationship that would elevate MOUAU's status in tertiary education in Nigeria.
