She Rise Leadership Academy Empowers Women Leaders

She Rise Global Ltd has inaugurated the She Rise Leadership Academy (SRLA), aimed at empowering emerging women leaders in Nigeria. The program is scheduled to run from July 22 to August 1, 2026, and will bring together a cohort of 10 women for an intensive leadership experience.

The curriculum will focus on self-awareness, community influence, innovative strategic thinking, and personal development. Halimat Sadiya Hadi, the founder and director of the academy, emphasized that effective leadership begins with self-discovery and personal transformation.

The program consists of four sessions, culminating in a graduation ceremony on August 1, where participants will present their projects to a judging panel. Graduates will also join the She Rise alumni community, which offers mentorship and professional support, with a commitment to monitor their progress for six months to a year post-completion.

She Rise Global Ltd aims to expand its presence to at least 10 African countries by 2030, aspiring to become Africa's leading institution for women's leadership development by 2035.
