NiRA's .ng Academy Boosts Nigeria's Digital Skills

.ng Academy, the training arm of the Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NiRA), successfully conducted a pre-conference workshop at the NCS RISE 2026 International Conference, aimed at boosting Nigeria's digital skills development. This workshop attracted professionals, entrepreneurs, and technology enthusiasts who sought to enhance their practical skills for a competitive edge in an AI-driven economy.

NiRA President, Mr. Adesola Akinsanya, emphasized the importance of skill development for the growth of Nigeria's digital economy, stating that the academy represents a direct investment in this growth. He highlighted that such initiatives translate national digital economy ambitions into practical capabilities.

NiRA Vice President, Mr. Murtalla Abdulahi, noted the immediate applicability of the training, which helped participants connect their learning to real opportunities, such as automating workflows and enhancing online brand presence.
