Esa-Oke Community Imposes Curfew Over Monarch's Health

A dusk-to-dawn curfew has been imposed in Esa-Oke, Osun State, following concerns regarding the health of Oba Adeyemi Adediran. The announcement was made by Chief Paul Olamiju, the second-in-command of the Ogboni in Esa-Oke, who indicated that the curfew was necessary due to the monarch's recent health issues and absence from public view.

Residents were informed that the main market would be closed immediately, and all social activities in the community would be suspended. The curfew is set to restrict movement in the town until further notice.

Chief Olamiju expressed that efforts to reach the Oba for clarification on his health status were unsuccessful, as calls went unanswered and messages sent via WhatsApp did not receive a response. The situation has heightened fears among the residents regarding the monarch's well-being.
