APC Candidate Oyebamiji Launches Campaign in Ile-Ife

Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Osun State governorship, officially launched his statewide campaign in Ile-Ife on Thursday. During the event, he pledged to focus on massive investments in infrastructure, agriculture, education, and healthcare.

Oyebamiji highlighted the importance of restoring the state's economy and improving the quality of life for residents. He described Ile-Ife as the cradle of the Yoruba race and assured that the ancient city would receive priority attention alongside other towns and communities across the state.

Key sectors identified for urgent intervention include road rehabilitation, education, healthcare, agriculture, security, commerce, youth development, and water resources. Specific road projects mentioned include the Enuwa-Fajuyi Junction Road and the Aderemi-Ondo Road.

Oyebamiji also expressed confidence in improving electricity supply through an independent power project. He received prayers for success from Ooni Ife Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi and emphasized the need for APC members to mobilize voters ahead of the August 15 governorship election.
