Osun Election Victory Inspires 2027 Political Engagement

Frank, the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) Ambassador to East Africa and the Middle East, commented on the recent election victory in Osun State, stating that it signals a significant message for the upcoming 2027 presidential elections. He emphasized that the outcome of the elections will ultimately be determined by Nigerian voters, despite any assumptions by President Tinubu regarding the results.

Frank urged opposition parties to unite in order to effectively challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and called on citizens to remain vigilant, vote, and ensure their votes are counted. He praised the people of Osun for their political ingenuity in rejecting inducements and voting according to their conscience.

Additionally, he commended Nigerian music star David Adeleke (Davido) for his commitment to electoral integrity and encouraged youths and celebrities to actively participate in the democratic process. Frank concluded by urging Nigerians to believe in their power to influence political outcomes and to protect their votes in the upcoming elections.
